In today's changing world, finding real nature and unmolested culture is becoming increasingly more difficult. Many countries spend huge amounts of money to promote a nature or culture that is so run over with tourists, the reason they were once desirable no longer exists. Yet there are those hidden gems, places with real beauty, culture and abundant and wild nature. Venezuela is one such place -- possessing a natural beauty that is still uncompromised. In fact, few destinations on earth can boast the geographic and cultural diversity of Venezuela.

Since 2000, Angel-Eco Tours, Inc has been championing eco-tourism in Venezuela. With offices in New York City and Caracas, Angel-Eco has become a pioneer in designing adventure eco-travel programs that are an indulgence in the culture, history, and beauty of Venezuela.

From the beginning, Angel-Eco has worked closely with leading US, as well as international travel organizations and associations, to promote travel to Venezuela.

About Our Trips

Angel-Eco offers different types of individual, group and family ecotourism vacation packages to Venezuela. Whether it’s hiking, canoeing, scuba diving, bird watching or wildlife viewing and photography, Angel-Eco offers customized adventure vacation packages. Our ethos is based on personal service; we are experts at preparing and creating meticulously unique itineraries to fit personal interests, constraints and requirements.

Experienced, multilingual guides lead travellers on a variety of adventures to exotic destinations such as Canaima National Park (UNESCO World Heritage site) which is home to Angel Falls – the highest free-falling waterfall in the world, the Los Roques archipelago, the teeming wildlife of Los Llanos’ wetlands and plains, magnificent rainforests of Henri Pittier National Park, and the jungles of the Amazon exploding with unique vegetation, not to mention the snowy peaks of the Venezuelan Andes. Combined, these entire destinations offer over 1,200 species of birds and 250 species of exotic wildlife and flora, many indigenous to their regions.

Prices range anywhere from $325 to $2,500 (not including international airfare) per person. Trips typically last from one or two days to seven or eight days. Longer excursions can also be arranged and itineraries can be expanded. All trips include comfortable accommodations in posadas (inns) and typical lodges situated in beautiful and romantic settings. In addition, Angel-Eco can arrange international and internal flights, accommodations, airport assistance and hotels transfers as well as city tours, such as a city tour of Caracas.

Angel-Eco’s staff has travelled extensively throughout Venezuela in order to deploy their first-hand knowledge, deep understanding of Venezuelan culture and boundless enthusiasm for sustainable tourism. One will find an honest approach to planning an itinerary, suggesting sights and selecting accommodation. We continue to travel regularly to keep abreast of new developments and meticulously inspect the substance of our tours and expeditions.

Understanding that travellers enjoy planning their adventures as part of the excitement of travel, Angel-Eco has developed a comprehensive website that offers “Mini Eco-trips” that allow clients to design their own itinerary. The site also contains detailed itineraries, testimonials and photos for many of the tours taken by our participants and by Angel-Eco’s team in order to give travellers a real flavour of what to expect.
