Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking.
This may be paid by check / US travelers checks or money order. Balances may be paid by the same preferred method or most
major credit cards, and are due in full, at least 45 days prior to departure - unless by prior arrangement. In the exceptional
circumstance that your desired Angel-Eco Tour is rescheduled,
we will advise you at least 30 days in advance, and inform you of alternative tour dates. If a satisfactory alternative is not available,
a complete refund will be made.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing, by letter or fax.
The following charges will be applied based upon the date of cancellation:

• more than 30 days prior to departure - 25% of total cost (i.e.
  deposit)
  
  
• between 16 - 29 days prior to departure - 50% of total cost
  less than 15 days prior to departure - 100% of total cost
